What apps and devices does it work with?
Zwift, TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks and Intervals.icu, plus most head units. If your platform imports structured workouts, you are almost certainly covered.
How do I import the workouts into Zwift or my app?
It takes a minute. For Zwift, copy the .zwo files into your Zwift Workouts folder (inside Documents on PC or Mac), restart Zwift, and they appear under Workouts, then Custom Workouts. Once you add them on a computer they sync to your Zwift account, so they also show up on Apple TV, iPad and the app. For TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks, Rouvy and Golden Cheetah, use the app's Import or Upload Workout option and choose the .mrc files. Full step-by-step instructions with the exact folder paths are in the README and the bonus user guide inside your download.
What formats do I get?
Both .zwo and .mrc files. The .zwo files import into Zwift, TrainerRoad and most head units. The .mrc files import into TrainingPeaks and many other platforms.
Do I need a power meter?
No. The library viewer and the bonus user guide give heart-rate guidance for every session, so you can train to heart rate. The .zwo and .mrc files themselves drive power in ERG mode if you do have a smart trainer or power meter.
How is it delivered?
As an instant digital download after purchase, including the bonus user guide. The files are yours to keep and to edit.
