Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter and these terms

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is TEAM EVOLVE LTD, trading as Team Evolve, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15919810, whose registered office is at 124 to 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX (the "Promoter", "we", "us"). You can contact us about the prize draw at bryn@teamevolve.cc or by post at the address above.

1.2 These terms apply to the Team Evolve Breakfast Club World Tour prize draw (the "Prize Draw"). By entering, you agree to these terms. If there is any conflict between these terms and any social media post, web page or other promotional material, these terms apply.

1.3 No payment is made to the Promoter to enter the Prize Draw or to win a prize. The only way to enter is to be a Zwift member, have a ZwiftPower account and ride the qualifying Stages, as set out in clause 4. Any Zwift membership fee is paid to Zwift under Zwift's own terms, not to the Promoter.

2. Who can enter

2.1 To enter you must:

• be aged 18 or over on the date you enter;
• live in the United Kingdom;
• be a Zwift member; and
• have a ZwiftPower account linked to your Zwift account.

2.2 We may ask any entrant or winner for proof of age, identity and address. If you cannot provide this when asked, we may disqualify you.

2.3 The following people cannot enter: the directors, employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, anyone involved in organising or running the Prize Draw or the Stages, and members of their immediate families or households.

2.4 Each person may only enter in their own name and may have only one Zwift and ZwiftPower account counted for the Prize Draw. Entries made on someone else's behalf, through bulk or automated methods, or through more than one account will be invalid.

3. Opening and closing dates

3.1 The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 21 October 2026 (UK time).

3.2 There are 16 stages ("Stages"), each a Team Evolve Breakfast Club group ride on Zwift starting at 09:30 UK time on these Sundays:

• Block one: Stage 1, 1 November 2026 (Neokyo); Stage 2, 8 November 2026 (Watopia); Stage 3, 15 November 2026 (London); Stage 4, 22 November 2026 (New York); Stage 5, 29 November 2026 (Yorkshire); Stage 6, 6 December 2026 (France); Stage 7, 13 December 2026 (Innsbruck); Stage 8, 20 December 2026 (route chosen by community vote).
• Break: there are no Stages on 27 December 2026 or 3 January 2027.
• Block two: Stage 9, 10 January 2027 (Watopia); Stage 10, 17 January 2027 (New York); Stage 11, 24 January 2027 (Scotland); Stage 12, 31 January 2027 (route chosen by community vote); Stage 13, 7 February 2027 (Richmond); Stage 14, 14 February 2027 (Urukazi); Stage 15, 21 February 2027 (France); Stage 16, 28 February 2027 (Paris).

3.3 The Prize Draw closes at the end of Stage 16 on Sunday 28 February 2027. Rides after that time will not be counted.

4. How to enter

4.1 The only way to enter is to ride the qualifying Stages. To enter:

1. Be a Zwift member, and create a ZwiftPower account using your Zwift account at zwiftpower.com, before the Stage you want to count. We can only see your name in the results through ZwiftPower. If you are not on ZwiftPower, your Stages cannot be counted.
2. Join the official Team Evolve Breakfast Club World Tour event for that Stage on Zwift (search "#evolve" in Zwift or the Zwift Companion app).
3. Ride the Stage. A Stage counts when your name appears in the ZwiftPower results for that official event and you have completed the full route of that Stage.

4.2 You receive entries into the Prize Draw based on the number of Stages counted for you:

Fewer than 8 Stages gives no entries. No person can have more than 3 entries.

4.3 You do not need to be a member of Team Evolve to enter. You do not need to post, share, like, comment, tag anyone or follow any account on Instagram, Facebook, X, Discord or any other platform to enter. Taking part in the Discord route vote is optional and does not affect your entries.

4.4 The Prize Draw is not a race. Your speed, finishing position, pace group or power output make no difference to your entries or your chance of winning.

4.5 Any rider found to have manipulated results, used another person's account, or broken Zwift's or ZwiftPower's rules to gain Stages will have those Stages removed and may be disqualified.

4.6 If a Stage is cancelled or cannot go ahead because of something outside our reasonable control (for example a Zwift or ZwiftPower outage), we will either reschedule the Stage or treat it as counted for everyone who joined it, and tell entrants on the Team Evolve Discord (discord.gg/teamevolve) and the Breakfast Club page (teamevolve.cc/breakfast-club) as soon as we can. We will treat all entrants fairly and will not make any change that reduces anyone's chance of winning unfairly.

5. The draw

5.1 After the final Stage, we will check every ZwiftPower result to confirm each entrant's number of entries.

5.2 The draw will take place on or before Sunday 14 March 2027 (UK time). The exact date and time will be announced at least 7 days in advance on the Team Evolve Discord, and the draw will be shown live there.

5.3 Five winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries using a computer-based random number generator, in a way that gives every valid entry an equal chance of being drawn, and the draw will be recorded.

5.4 The first name drawn wins the first prize, the second name drawn wins the second prize, and so on to the fifth prize. The same entries count for every prize, but each person can win only one prize. If a person who has already won is drawn again, that draw will be ignored and another name will be drawn.

5.5 We will also draw 3 reserve names, in order, in case a winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize (see clause 7).

6. The prizes

6.1 The prizes are:

6.2 The prizes were awarded to Team Evolve by Zwift through the Zwift Community Leader Program.

6.3 There is no cash alternative. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold back to us. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6.4 We will deliver physical prizes to an address in the United Kingdom free of charge. We will send the prize within 28 days of the winner confirming their details. Zwift membership prizes will be sent by email as a code.

6.5 Zwift membership prizes are subject to Zwift's own terms of use. Physical prizes come with any manufacturer's warranty that applies. Any problem with a prize after delivery should be raised with the manufacturer under its warranty, but this does not affect your legal rights.

6.6 The winner is responsible for any costs that are not part of the prize, for example a compatible bike, smart device, internet connection or ongoing Zwift subscription after the prize period.

7. Telling the winners and claiming prizes

7.1 Winners will be announced at the live draw. Because ZwiftPower does not give us your contact details, we will also message winners through the Team Evolve Discord or by email within 7 days of the draw.

7.2 To claim a prize, a winner must reply to bryn@teamevolve.cc within 14 days of being contacted, with their full name, delivery address, and proof of age and residence if we ask for it.

7.3 If a winner does not claim their prize within that time, is not eligible, or has broken these terms, they will lose the prize and we will offer it to the next reserve name, following the same process.

7.4 We will never ask a winner to pay anything to claim or receive a prize. We will never ask for bank or card details. Please be aware that scammers sometimes pretend to be prize draw organisers on social media. We will only contact winners from bryn@teamevolve.cc, the official Team Evolve Discord server, or the official @teamevolvecc accounts.

8. Publicity and winners' details

8.1 To show that the Prize Draw is run fairly, we will publish the winners' first name, surname initial and county or country on the Breakfast Club page (teamevolve.cc/breakfast-club) and the Team Evolve Discord within 30 days of the draw, or will provide this information to anyone who asks by writing to us within 3 months of the draw.

8.2 If you win and you object to your details being published, please tell us when you claim your prize. We may still need to give your details to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks for them.

8.3 Winners do not have to take part in any further publicity. If a winner agrees, we may ask to share their name and a photo or short comment about their prize. This is optional and does not affect the prize.

9. Your personal data

9.1 The Promoter is the controller of the personal data you give us or that we collect for this Prize Draw, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2 We will use:

• your Zwift and ZwiftPower display name and the public ZwiftPower results for each Stage, to count your entries; and
• winners' names, contact details, delivery address and any proof of age or residence,

only to run the Prize Draw, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, publish or provide winners' details as described in clause 8, and deal with any complaints or questions from regulators. Our lawful bases are performance of our agreement with you to run the Prize Draw, and our legitimate interests in running a fair prize draw and meeting our obligations under the CAP Code.

9.3 We will not use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it. We will not sell your data. We may share winners' delivery details with Zwift and our courier only to deliver prizes.

9.4 We will keep entry data for 6 months after the draw, and winners' data for 12 months after the draw, and then delete it securely.

9.5 You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Contact us at bryn@teamevolve.cc. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you ask us to delete your data before the draw, we may not be able to include your entries.

10. Social media platforms and Zwift

10.1 Meta (Instagram and Facebook): this Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates ("Meta"). By entering, you confirm that you are giving your information to the Promoter and not to Meta, and you fully release Meta from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.

10.2 X: this Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X Corp. You do not need to post, repost, like or follow on X to enter. Please do not create extra accounts or post the same content repeatedly in connection with the Prize Draw.

10.3 Discord: this Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Discord Inc.

10.4 Zwift: Zwift provided the prizes to Team Evolve through the Zwift Community Leader Program. Apart from that, this Prize Draw is run solely by the Promoter. Zwift does not sponsor, endorse or administer the Prize Draw. ZwiftPower and Zwift are used under their own terms, and Zwift is not responsible for running the Prize Draw.

10.5 Any questions or complaints about the Prize Draw should be sent to the Promoter, not to Meta, X, Discord or Zwift.

11. Liability

11.1 Taking part in the Stages is voluntary. Indoor cycling is physical exercise. You should ride within your own limits and check with a doctor first if you have any health concerns. Nothing in the Prize Draw requires you to ride harder, longer or more often than is safe for you.

11.2 We are not responsible for:

• any failure, outage or error in Zwift, ZwiftPower, Discord, any social media platform, your equipment or your internet connection that stops a Stage from being recorded, unless it was caused by us; or
• any loss or damage caused by your use of a prize, except where that loss or damage is caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.

11.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

12. General

12.1 We may disqualify any entrant who we reasonably believe has broken these terms or acted dishonestly.

12.2 We may only change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw if something happens that is outside our reasonable control and makes it impossible or unfair to continue. If this happens, we will tell entrants on the Team Evolve Discord and the Breakfast Club page, we will act fairly, and we will try to avoid any unfairness to entrants.

12.3 Our decision on any question about the Prize Draw is final, as long as it is reasonable and in line with these terms. If you have a complaint, please email bryn@teamevolve.cc and we will reply within 14 days.

12.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
